If uploading please title your image file/folder with your Last Name, First Name and Competition Category 
example: Kennedy, Renee Jewelry
Images should be saved as the artwork title and dimensions. Do not include any punctuation or symbols in your image titles.
- Images need to be 300dpi jpg (larger is better)
5x7 = 1500x2100 Pixels8x10 = 2400x3000 Pixels8.5x11 = 2550x3300 Pixels
- Image size roughly 5 x 7 inches or larger. If you have questions about image quality please contact us and we will help.
Put all of your images into one Or two files/folders If your images are very large two folders would be best. Include all of your images and a text document with all of your book information (if you did not include this on your entry form) (ie: Image titles, original artwork dimensions, Gallery Representation, email and website if you want this listed in the book)
Compress your folder/s for upload: (See instructions below) If you upload images individually make sure your Last Name, First Name and category are included in the titles as well.
* Incomplete and improperly marked images will be disqualified. Remember the best published images first come from great photographs, so be sure the pictures you are sending are the best representation of your artwork!
Kennedy Publishing will not publish images that have inferior color quality or clarity. If a Selected artist submits images of poor quality or images that Kennedy Publishing feels are not representational of the artists work from their website Kennedy Publishing reserves the right not publish such works. Kennedy Publishing will refund the Selected artists entry fee.
PC USERS: LABEL YOUR FOLDER WITH YOUR FULL NAME
Convert your folder to a compressed file by right clicking on the folder you will see a pop up menu scroll down to SEND TO (another pop up window will show up) click COMPRESSED ZIP FOLDER.
MAC USERS: LABEL YOUR FOLDER WITH YOUR FULL NAME
To create a compressed file, control-click on the file you created with your images and text inside and choose Create Archive (which is Apple-speak for “make a compressed ZIP file”).
You then can upload either compressed file below!
Upload your entry images here, or you can snail mail them to Kennedy Publishing, 1490-5a Quarterpath Road # 311, Williamsburg, VA 23185 or Email 2 at a time file to images@BestOfArtists.com.
Remember the best published images first come from great photographs, so be sure the pictures you are sending are the best representation of your artwork!
Once the upload is complete it will take you to the top of the page scroll down until you see the upload link this will let you know your files were received.
