Mary Ann Boysen, professional watercolorist, raised in Mississippi, and
developed her career in Chagrin Falls, OH.
Almost any subject interests me: florals, landscapes, still lifes, animals,
and dramatic shadows. I have discovered very interesting new surfaces for
watercolor, namely Fredrix Watercolor Canvas and Rtistx Board, developed and
manufactured in Dallas, TX. Rtistx board gives the most brilliant results in
watercolor washes than any other surface and thus I am no longer painting on
watercolor paper! Teaching workshops around the country is my way of
introducing these products and meeting others who love to create art.
