Artist Eligibility & Rules • The following are eligible for inclusion: paintings, drawings, sculpture, pottery, photography, glass and illustrations. • Any student currently enrolled at a featured school. Student must submit school photo ID with their application. • An applicant for the “10 Best” must submit at least 2 original works of art. • An applicant for a themed category must submit at least 1 original work of art. • Each work of art must be created solely by the applicant. All submissions are welcome and will be reviewed, but only those that meet a standard of artistic skill as determined by Kennedy Publishing, will be showcased on the website and eligible for publication. *** A school must have a minimum of 20 applicants to qualify for the Best Of College Art competition.

Prizes Up to 14 students from each school will be selected and featured in an online E-book and published in a softcover book. Selected students will receive a FREE book.
Judging/VotingTime Line The competition has been eextended until the close of the fall semester. Voting dates to be announced. • The selected artists at each school will be determined by a weighted jury system. There will be 5 voting categories: popular votes - includes the general public, students, faculty, family and friends - (voters can vote once every 24 hours), positive comments, and 3 judges. The ultimate goal for the 10 selected artists is to pick the most outstanding visual artists based on their body of work. For the 4 categories the goal is to select the most outstanding art work.
