I have been sculpting for sixty five years.
While raising four children, I went part time to college and then part time to law
school. After I got my law degree and settled into an Arbitration and Mediation practice,
I also got serious about sculpting. When my last child left the nest I was finally able
to spend more time on art. I took classes at the Elisabeth Ney Sculpture Conservatory, I
participated in the school's programs as a student, then advanced to faculty member,
board member, and finally Director.
I studied art in whatever part of the world I lived, Indiana University, Banaras Hindu
University, Yale Art Department and at sculpture societies in New York, Virginia,
Indiana, Connecticut, California, Maine, Texas. Now I have my own sculpture garden in
Austin, Texas, with my sculptures always on display
